Orchards Children's
Services wishes to thank everyone who made the last
year so remarkable. From the scores of
wonderful families who embrace our children, to the
supporters who make our work possible. We're
thankful for the opportunity to serve and be of
service to every child, youth and family, as well as
our greater community.
A special
thank you to our Donors... |

Orchards' Bike
Olympics, sponsored by
Kroger,
was held on June 25. The generous
donations from so many made a great impact
on our goal of giving 250 bikes, helmets and
locks to our children. Giving a young
boy or girl their first bicycle can be so
meaningful. Just imagine their joy
when riding that bike around the block for
the first time! With sincere gratitude
we would like to acknowledge the kindness
that came from so many of our supporters in
giving our young people a tool that
represents health, independence and
responsibility.

The Children's
Charities Coalition and the Red Wings Alumni
Association were happy to team up
for the President's Ball on July 11 at the
Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. This was
a special "Sold Out Evening", not only to
those attending, but for the children in our
community whose lives were touched in the
process. Kroger was the presenting
sponsor for the evening. |

Orchards is pleased to announce not only
achievement of this accreditation, but a
