Adoption Resource Consultant (ARC) – Full-Time

The Opportunity: You will bring youth waiting to be adopted from foster care one step closer to safe, permanent homes. This role involves file reviews, intensive recruitment, and identifying adoptive resources. You will use a strength-based approach to inspire collaborative relationships and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the children you serve.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, Family Studies or related field required. Master’s degree and/or previous child welfare experience is preferred.

Family Preservation Social Worker – Full-Time

The Opportunity: You will lead research-based intervention plans directly in families' homes and communities. Collaborating with CPS and the courts, you will develop goals to enhance family functioning and mitigate long-term risk. This role requires rapport-building and motivation skills to empower parents in crisis.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, Family Studies or related field required. Master’s degree and/or previous child welfare experience is preferred.

Foster Care & Licensing Social Worker – Full-Time

The Opportunity: You will conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to move children toward permanency in a timely manner. This role involves documenting activities in an electronic system, presenting information to the court, and maintaining professional relationships with foster and birth parents.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, Family Studies or related field required. Master’s degree and/or previous child welfare experience is preferred.
