Erica Ciupak joined Orchards Children’s Services in May 2026 and oversees the Information Technology needs of the organization. She brings over 2 decades of IT leadership and technology planning experience to Orchards, with a focus on strong security systems and collaboration tools.

Prior to joining Orchards, Erica held leadership roles in several diverse industries, including non-profit, higher education, manufacturing, and healthcare. She is a graduate of Indiana University.

Erica strives to provide the Orchards team access to the tools and resources to meet our mission supporting children, families, and our communities.
