Youth in Transition (YIT) – Closed Case Services are available for youth age 14 to 22 who have a closed foster care or delinquency case and were eligible for YIT funding while their case was open.
YIT Closed Case Services include case management, housing assistance, employment support, and Youth in Transition Funds.
